Shipping Policy
We ship across Canada and the United States from the Montréal area.
Delivery only. We do not offer customer pickup.
Regular orders are prepared within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Preparation time is separate from delivery time. Large orders and event orders may require additional time, which we will confirm with you.
Shipping charges are paid by the customer. When checkout launches, available carriers, delivery options and shipping charges will be displayed before payment. Delivery estimates depend on your destination and the selected shipping service. Final carrier options, rates and estimates will be confirmed during Wix setup.
Once your order ships, we will email your tracking information when available.
Please check your delivery address before ordering. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it before dispatch.
For U.S. orders, any applicable import duties, taxes or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included unless explicitly stated at checkout.
If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue. Store candies in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, personal taste preferences or candy selections you approved when ordering.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs if available. Please keep the packaging while we review the issue.
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we will arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund. Please contact us before returning any food products.
To request a change or cancellation, contact us immediately. We will confirm whether we can accommodate your request based on the order’s preparation status.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Privacy Policy
Prepared for launch. Customer accounts are available; online ordering is being prepared. This policy will be completed to reflect the final store services before launch.
Information we collect
When you contact us by email or submit an event enquiry, we receive the information you include in your message so we can respond to your request.
At launch, checkout, account registration and event enquiries may also collect your name, contact details, delivery address, order history and messages, as needed to fulfil orders and provide customer service.
The event enquiry form prepares a message on your device; it does not submit your details to our website. When you send that email, we receive your name, contact details, event information and message to respond to your enquiry.
We use browser session storage to remember your language choice and shopping bag while you move between pages. These settings remain on your device and are not submitted as an order.
Service providers and storage
Necessary information is shared with providers for website hosting, storage and, when enabled, payments, delivery and email services. Information may be processed outside Quebec.
Before launch: confirm the final providers, technical information collected, cookies and optional tracking controls, safeguards and retention periods.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may request access to or correction of your personal information, or withdraw consent, subject to applicable legal limits. Contact us for privacy requests or complaints.

Terms & Conditions
These terms describe purchases from Ciao Sucré, a registered candy business based in Quebec, Canada. Online ordering is not yet active. These policies are prepared for launch; the effective date and remaining Wix-dependent details will be finalized before checkout opens.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars. At checkout, applicable taxes, shipping charges and selected candy surcharges will be shown before payment. The checkout total will reflect your selected products and options.
Your order
Please review your bag size, candy selections, container choice and delivery information before submitting your order. Selection limits and candy surcharges are displayed on the relevant product page. Products marked “Coming Soon” are unavailable for purchase.
Tutto Sucré is a mystery mix; its assortment is selected by Ciao Sucré. Candy colours, shapes and appearance may vary from photographs. If an item you selected becomes unavailable, we will contact you to agree on a solution before substituting it.
Shipping and refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy apply to purchases. We plan to ship across Canada and the United States.
A Sweet Note About Allergens
Our candies and mixes are lovingly packed in an environment that is not allergen-free. Some products may contain—or may have come into contact with—peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soy, wheat, gluten, and other allergens. Ingredients may vary by product and supplier.
If you or someone you’re ordering for has a food allergy, please order with care. By placing an order, you acknowledge the possibility of allergen cross-contact and order at your own discretion.
This notice does not limit your legal rights. Contact us before ordering if you need available ingredient or allergen information.
For Sans Zucchero products: excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
Customer accounts
Where available, customer accounts will be optional and guest checkout will be offered. Account holders are responsible for keeping their login details private.
Events
We serve Montréal and surrounding areas. Please allow two weeks to one month’s notice, depending on event size. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Event orders are subject to an agreed written quote outlining the products, price, timing and any deposit or cancellation conditions.

These terms are governed by applicable Quebec and Canadian laws, without limiting mandatory consumer protections. Updated terms apply to future purchases.
